After having frustration with my concern with my car with the original dealer, I decided to take it to this branch. Erick listen to my concern and explained the process. They figured out the problem with my steering wheel and sent a video of the free inspection. They also realigned the wheels and printed out the before and after result of the inspection in their computer to show it to me. I don't even know that it needs realignment. I visited this service centre this morning for a pre-booked appointment, and the experience was unacceptable from start to finish. No confirmation after booking, and no one answered when I called to verify. On arrival, I was met by Erik at the front desk, whose attitude was cold, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I was told the service would take 1 hour. Instead, I waited 1 hour 20 minutes with zero updates, had to follow up myself, and was then made to wait another 30 minutes.
