Booked a car and made a deposit same day and now it’s almost a month i didn’t get my deposit back. I was told will get deposit back in 7 days and everyday i call i get same excuse “it will be done tomorrow for sure”.never seen this before at any dealership

Very disappointing experience with Mitsubishi. Since Mitsubishi is not part of OMVIC (why?), buyers can feel completely on their own when something goes wrong with the vehicle. Happened to me. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service made the situation even worse. Rather than helping resolve the issue, I was essentially told: “We are here to sell the cars, not solve YOUR issues. Call Mitsubishi Canada with all your questions.” That is not the kind of after-sales support I expected after purchasing a new vehicle. Wh... read more
