I get my oil changed every 5,000 km. Last one was in June. In August, my cx9s cameras stopped working - I brought it into a Mazda dealership and they sent me home not knowing what was wrong. I had a very disappointing experience with Erin Mills Mazda’s service department. My car is showing an airbag system malfunction code, which is a serious safety concern. I called to book an appointment, and they gave me a date 10 days later. I explained the urgency, if I were in an accident, the airbags may not deploy and asked if they could provide an earlier appointment.
