Dr and admin have been lackluster. While in the office the doc skimmed over the prescription process and ushered me out without any paperwork. I have been left since 8 Jan trying to get ahold of anyone in the office to get me my prescription. It’s for a brace… for a child… cmon man. Let’s wrap this up.
This doctor is great, but her administration isn’t. We were told my daughter needs braces for her feet. But the administration won’t send a referral to my insurance for her to get the braces. We’ve left multiple voicemails and they won’t reply or send the referral. I’ve called my insurance multiple times to see if the referral went through and there’s been nothing. I’m happy to remove this review or change it if they would please send the referral in.
