Just buy it somewhere else…One of my items arrived broken, and when I sent pictures they claimed they couldn’t see the attached pictures. So I resent the pictures, and I still have not heard back. The items were so-so quality… something from Amazon would be just as nice. I emailed a third time after no response, and said I would just like to return the items for a refund. Still haven’t heard back. I wonder if they can see the pictures on this review!
My shipment took eight weeks to receive. I live within 35 miles of their storefront in Charlotte. No need for the delay. I received absolutely no communication from anyone there.I called three times and emailed. After I wrote an email stating further action would be done, I received my package.
I ordered a necklace through Nordstrom but this company sent me a totally different, UGLY, cheap, pink necklace with a pink heart! Nordstrom sent me a return label so Erin can have her mistake back. I am totally disappointed and will NEVER buy any Erin McDermott jewelry again.
They can not fulfill orders in a timely manner and don’t respond within their own timeframe of 48 hours. Multiple emails have been sent questioning an order that was supposed to be shipped. No response and my order was received by usps a week later. Will never order directly from them! Better to go through Nordstrom or another company!
I’m an Erin McDermott junkie. I absolutely love her jewelry and all the possibilities each piece offers for layering. I’ve never had any quality issues and each piece is as beautiful in person as it is when featured on her website or on social media. Her shop is so fun to explore and a place I love to take my friends to. Looking forward to adding more to my collection of EMJ. 🩷
