Need more and/or better help! Good intentions but poor fulfillment/performance. Bought several items end of July 2025 never got the items. Reached out and they said they would send a replacement with a tracking number on Aug 13th. In the mean time I got the 1st order about two weeks later (total of close to 4 wks). While waiting for packages I noticed that the new tracking number never left or was scanned but hoped that it was a USPS error and I would get the package soon. I heard about Erin from a newsletter I subscribe to. Immediately bought one of the necklaces that I fell in love with. Arrived on time and in perfect condition. In the meantime, I've ordered more from her for gifts for girlfriends and my mom!
I shopped Erin's website for gifts for my family. The next day I went to finalize my purchase (well over $800 for all the ladies in my family), and I noticed one of the necklaces I had picked out had increased by $30, overnight! A quick look at her IG and it seems like she had a micro-influencer wore it- so she increased the price by $30, for a beaded necklace.
