I really liked all the nurses that got me through my second pregnancy, it was a tough one for me but I made it to the end without any complications! The nurses really take their time and listen, even when it’s the end of the day and everyone is leaving. I really appreciated that. & of course thanks to Dr. Mateer for delivering my baby safely and quickly 🩵
I started seeing Dr Mateer during my first pregnancy. I originally had a different OBGYN but was not comfortable there so I decided to find someone else and I am so glad that I came across Gaia. I am very high risk and had a lot of complications during pregnancy and delivery but Dr Mateer handled it very well and did not make me feel like I was not in good hands. Wonderful environment,, great staff
I wanted to make another review discussing call back times and emailing. I see a lot of negative reviews regarding call backs and emailing times, however, I have never waited more than a half a day for a message back. Gaia is busy, as any office is, however they are speedy and take pride in getting back to their patients fast. Of course emergencies and nurse calls have priority, but I have never felt they disregarded me. Thank you guys (:
