She was kind really listened to my needs I was a new Patience and and had a lot to go through with me Meds etc Her nurse very nice also
I found the reception to be very warm and welcoming. Latisha, Dr. Masters nurse was kind, prompt and gentle. I really appreciated Dr. Masters straight to the point approach and found her to be knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you for your time!
whoever is in charge of the prior authorization department at this office is beyond rude and demeaning. i mean the way she speaks to people is truly disgusting. i will never do business or receive services from this office ever again. they do not care about their patients and write a prescription and basically say good luck and goodbye.
