I am rating her office staff not the Dr. I had an appointment scheduled a month ago for today. She had a family emergency today and it's her last day before maternity leave. Totally understand. I just needed to see her before her leave. I asked if she'll be back today and she said probably, so I said I'd wait then she said she's booked, I understand but could she work me in and she said no it's not fair to the other patients. REALLY?

Both my husband and I see Dr. Martin and she and her entire team are amazing. They truly seem to care and take time to listen and advise. Highly recommend this wonderful practice.
