I went to see Dr. Smith in January for Vertigo. I wanted to just get a referral for PT for an adjustment, but the office said I had to come in. She said that a "referral takes a couple minutes", and agreed to fax the referral to my PT. When I went to the PT appt, they had never recv'd the referral but got verbal authorization from Doctor office and they treated me that day.
