wonderful as usual we always have a nice talk, is a lovely woman if i have someone who needs help i would send them to her.
Erin is thorough and makes you feel comfortable at appointments. I really have appreciated her calm manner and responsiveness to any questions. I have had an excellent experience with entire urology office at Backus.
She is very kind and caring for her patients, she takes the time to listen to you and shows compassion. she has always taken good care of me and I am always happy to see her when I have an appointment

Having never been to a Urologist before, I was at ease with Erin and appreciate being able to access the office Portal to have any subsequent questions I may have answered in a timely manner.
