Went for apt. was told we were late. It was for 12:50 not 1:00. Was told we had to reschedule. I said we were there at 12:58 and receptionist said no we were 9 minutes late not 8 minutes late. They only give you 5 minutes to be late. I get it some, but give me a break!! we drove 25 minutes to get there to be told she canceled. they don't even ask the doctor if she would still see us. it is 5 minutes or none. Saw Dr. Long for first time today. Found her to be very friendly and very communicative. Like her very straightforward style very much!
Dr. Long is by far the best dermatologist I have ever had. She was able to accurately diagnose and treat me when another physician was not. She is a skilled and no-nonsense doctor who obviously cares about her patients. Dr. Long is respectful of everyone’s time, so I have never waited more than five minutes post arrival for my scheduled appointment. I feel very fortunate to have her as my dermatologist.
My husband and I have been patients of Dr Long for over 10+ years. She is extremely knowledgeable , efficient and thorough and does not waste your time. . Both my husband and I are extremely impressed with her knowledge and expertise. Great dermatologist!
I am really shocked at some of these reviews. Dr Long was the only decent demotologist I have ever seen. Most are trying to sell their potions and lotions - Dr Long deals with the medical issue. These comments are most about setting up apppointments, waiting for appointments, etc. that is normal medical practice.
