Worst dermatology practice one could choose. Dr. Long is not a doctor. She's a factory supervisor. It's in and out as fast as possible. Find a real doctor...if you can.
Office staff was condescending and rude. I'm going back to my Intercoastal general practitioner for a new referral as no one from any other Intercoastal Office has been so awful to me in my 17 years as a Intercoastal patient.
I would give zero stars if I could. I thought I was establishing myself with a new Dermatologist in my Intercoastal Medical group which I love. AVOID THIS OFFICE AND DOCTOR LONG. Everyone was rude there’s so many rules. Of course I always check in online at home when I get the first reminder which I did but two days ago they left me a voicemail that they were changing my appointment making it 10 minutes later which was fine with me. Dr Long has been my dermatologist for over 10 years. She has a big personality. She's also in a specialty field that is highly understaffed, so while I'm not condoning it, I understand her need to be quick and efficient. For the best experience, go in with a list of concerns written down and photos of any spots on your skin you have been watching. Have a physical list of your medications as well.
