I had really high hopes after our first appointment, it was amazing to be seen by someone who had all of my same conditions, but that hope was just dashed into nothing in the following months. Absolutely impossible to contact for any help or questions, never followed up on labwork (yet left a diagnosis on one of the results and didn't bother telling me), and just let down after false promises of things getting better with communication. I met with Erin a few weeks ago. She took time with me to understand my condition and was extremely knowledgeable about mast cell disorders. Would highly recommend!
45 mins -1 hour late to every appointment. Did not believe my lab values or PMH by word of mouth however cannot correctly request or input pmh and puts random remarks into their notes. She continually pushed cromalyn on me even tho it makes my pain worse. Cannot send out notes from visit in a timely manner. Requests I drive 2hrs to see her. It is very hard to work with someone who doesn’t listen to you yet promises they do.
