I loved working with Erin to sell our house! She is straightforward and gave realistic advice based on the current housing market. Our house had been on the market for awhile, but within three weeks of hiring Erin, she had the house re-staged, re-listed and under contract. Highly recommend!

Can you believe Erin made the process of buying a home FUN? She guided us through the process with stellar knowledge, grace, and good humor too. Despite the high-stakes stress of a competitive market, we always felt confident in making choices because of Erin's extensive knowledge, sharp eye, and healthy perspective. We can't thank her enough for helping us find a place that we're thrilled to call home!

We worked with Erin to buy our first condo and then to sell it several years later. In both cases, she was the perfect realtor. Always timely, responsive, and honest. We highly recommend her.

Thanks to Erin we now own a beautiful condo in Rosslyn, which completes our move from California to Arlington. Erin really knows the area and helped us understand the pros and cons of the condo market and what to expect when we put in a contract. What could have been confusing and stressful was instead easily understood and managed. She was with us every step of the way. We couldn't have done it without Erin! She's the best!
