I did my original home purchase loan as well as a refinance with Intercap through Anika and Bailee. While both were always super nice and professional when I interacted with them, I can’t help but be very disappointed in the overall process. Never have I ever seen a mortgage company make so many errors and mistakes where I as the customer had to point out that there were discrepancies every time. Truly such a great experience with Nikko and his team from start to finish. They helped my fiancé and I clean up our credit and get into our first home all within a few short months! Answered every question with ease and really helped us understand the process since we are first time buying!
