I'm very happy with the office staff, the nurse and the doctors, but the little helper that was at the front door on the 12th about 1:15 at the in the afternoon was not very helpful at all when I informed him that the kiosk was very slow, he just stood there and said sometimes it takes a while. And then he went on to talk to the next people coming in the door instead of helping me. Therefore I had to go to the next laptop to log in which I didn't think was very helpful at all.
