As usual a quick and easy check in with the front desk (Tiffani) big a help. Also Ashley Dr . Hansen’s asst, is great always helpful. Dr. Hansen 5 stars
I have been under the care of this provider for some time, but unfortunately, I no longer feel supported in managing my health needs. Communication has become limited, and I do not feel that my concerns are being addressed with the level of attention and follow-through I expect from a primary care provider. I believe it is important for patients to feel heard and supported, and at this time I feel it may be best to seek care elsewhere.
