I have been under the care of this provider for some time, but unfortunately, I no longer feel supported in managing my health needs. Communication has become limited, and I do not feel that my concerns are being addressed with the level of attention and follow-through I expect from a primary care provider. I believe it is important for patients to feel heard and supported, and at this time I feel it may be best to seek care elsewhere.
Dr was on time and visit was conducted in a professional, caring manner. Couldn't ask for anything better.

My first appointment with Dr. Hansen was to become my new PCP. I was anxious to see how she would accept all the information I needed to give her. The experience was amazing! She let me share, then she gave feedback and came up with a plan for my health. I left the office encouraged and empowered to finally get the support I needed. She truly does according to what her BIO says, she believes in a "patient-physician relationship as a partnership"!
