Working with Erin was such a great experience. Real estate transactions go so much smoother when you have another agent who is kind, solution-oriented, and genuinely cares. April 2025 Let me start by saying that this is the fifth time we have used real estate agent Erin Gines. She has been our listing agent as well as buying agent in a 10 year period. Erin is the most responsive agent I have ever worked with. She will answer her phone or return your call, usually within minutes. Erin is very knowledgeable about residential real estate. I was very impressed and I got more than I thought I would for my home! I thought about going with a discounted a agent but I’m glad I didn’t! Erin is amazing! Our third time with her as our agent — repeat business tells the story on its own. She put us in touch with Cory Dressel to get pre-approved! We found the property at 6 pm while looking on our own and when it had just come on-line using the Realty-ONE app that Erin provided. The next afternoon, Erin got us to view it.
