So disappointed. My toddler woke up 3am vomiting and when I went on the Kidsdocnow app she was the only doctor available and she declined to see us. I thought it was a mistake when I saw the decline alert so I went back in again and stayed on the app for 40 minutes and nothing. While waiting my husband called the 24 hr nurse hotline through the Cigna app and was able to get some advice.
