Erin has been there for me and my family through several serious crisis events. She is excellent with keeping me informed with any appointment changes and takes great care to see that my prescriptions are sent in plenty of advance time before I need them picked up. She has a very kind and caring persona. I have and will have recommended several people to her. Won’t return phone calls. Called for an appointment and only get voicemail- for 3 days and still waiting
For some five years or so Erin has provided us with nothing less than expertise with a personal touch. Through the pandemic, the blessing of a new child, or personnel changes within her department, Erin never missed appointments, either telephonic or video and she never let a prescription expire or supply run out. We are grateful for her care.
I have been with Erin for a long time and for a while everything was ok until she had a baby and ascension came into the picture. Even though Erin is very sweet she has no sense of urgency and neither does her office. There is nothing wrong with having a child but you don't let it effect your work especially in the medical field.
