My appt. With Erin Dougher was set for 2;15. I checked in at 1:50pm. My name was not called to see her until 2:45. After escorting me to exam room I sat in a very hard chair until 3:30 when she showed up. I have Osteoarthritis and I cannot sit on hard objects very long. I was in much pain. When she arrived to talk with me, it was 3:35 when I left. I understand how she could have. been backed up, however, no one came to see if I was comfortable. I was painting very badly because of the hard chairs
Told me the issues I was having were all in my head and that I just needed to retrain my mind to fix it. She wouldn’t let me explain my symptoms - just gave me A-B options to choose from. Had no bedside manner. Ends up I was correct, and she was wrong, after sending over test results and medication. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone ever.
Professional and friendly. Went over my history with me and made a treatment plan decision with me. She made sure I understood my treatment plan.
Dr. Dougher and her staff are pleasant while being professional. I feel comfortable in their presence which makes personal discussions easier.
