Office rescheduled appointment without telling us, then when we showed upto the new appointment Dr Erin dean was 'sick' (it's a holiday so funny she's sick) and the front desk person apparently didn't show up either (which meant no call to inform us) so we came to the appointment for no reason. Then on top of it no one was even there to reschedule they said to call back another day! What a horrible first experience as a new patient! Guess another office is the way to go for cared about care..
