I had to see a different doctor, as my doctor has been out on leave for months. I needed a referral that has been mishandled. The MA was rude and refused to send the office notes that the specialist required. She said she would call them. Three and a half hours later, she had not called. This has delayed my ability to see a specialist for 10 days. I spoke to a different MA who said, "We have to take care of our office patients first. We have 48 hours to make these calls." I had a phone appointment with Dr Erin she was very polite and professional she made me feel very comfortable talking with her I didn't have to wait long to speak with her the nurse was very professional as well and polite it was a very Pleasant appointment look forward to talking to them again.
