Dr. Breard herself is incredible. Brilliant, wonderful doctor. Here's the problem though: the staff at the clinic, whether that is admin or nurses, WILL NOT RETURN CALLS. If and when they do return calls, they are SO RUDE. I have called three times in the last 6 months WITH NO CALL BACK. The call I made THIS WEEK is/was super important. I've been taking a prescription drug for over a decade at the same dosage (300 mg). Recently, I picked up this prescription and the dosage was randomly reduced to 150 mg. Dr. Breard seems like a great doctor, but the nurses and staff at her clinic are the worst I’ve interacted with. It’s nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone! And after spending $500 out of pocket on a wellness visit and follow-up appointment, I was informed that my refills would be refused until I visit again simply because the clinic changed owners. Considering the doctor is only about 5-10% of the visit experience, this behavior is completely unacceptable.
