My experience with Ms. Erin Botti, NP was extremely disappointing. During my appointment, I did not feel that she demonstrated the level of knowledge I would expect from a provider working in gastroenterology. I asked what I considered to be simple, generalized GI questions, and she was unable to provide clear or helpful answers. Equally concerning was the way I was treated. I found Ms. Botti to be condescending and dismissive during my experience. I did not feel that she was genuinely interested in me, my concerns, or what I had to say. I left feeling unheard and disappointed with the level of communication and professionalism.
I want to thank Nurse Practitioner Botti for her interest and professionalism in regards to my visit. The blood work and scan prescribed lead to her medical conclusions that are very helpful to me. Thank you.
