Anyone can be great when everything goes according to plan. When things go wrong, that's when it matters most. Unfortunately we should have listened to our instincts after driving 50 minutes with a large family to view a home that was already pending. Not only were we not told prior to viewing, but we decided to put an offer in and found out that way.
