I started out very frustrated with this dealership, a problem happened with my AC and it seemed like I was SOL… but thanks to George and Jim, I got out of this problem on the other side with a working AC in my new car. I really thought I could trust this dealership but obviously not. My mom and I drove an hour to look at a 2015 ford flex, which we purchased. I was dealing with George as my salesman and Tony as my finance guy. After all was said and done I pulled out of the lot, and about 30 miles down the road, the air conditioning stopped working. Neither George or Tony disclosed that this ford has an AC problem, and even lied to me when I asked about an AC problem in the past. i got a car here and it was great and amazing but when my mom was looking at a car and interested in getting one they were doing the financing and paperwork as if she was going to buy it, they let another family drive around in that same vechile that we were looking at. the miscommunication between all of them went poorly, they did not treat my mom very well, it was very poorly. future advice if you want to get a car there and your very interested in it, JUST GO GET IT DONT WAIT. i would hate for the same thing to happen to ... read more
My husband and I went in to purchase a new vehicle and had the most wonderful sales rep ever the most honest and caring sales person I have ever met in all my life if you want a true sales person that is out with your heart in mind definitely see Steve Girman I will refer everyone I know to him the best and most laid-back enjoyable car sales we’ve ever had out of all of the cars we’ve ever purchased. The silverado broke down after 5,000 miles which is a little ridiculous already. Took it to Eriksen and it sat there for a week while I drove this moving billboard for their dealership to add insult to injury. I’m also 6’8” and if I wanted to be uncomfortable, I would have bought an equinox but I didn’t. The bed cover was damaged when I came back to get the truck.
