I had such a great experience at this bridal store! Amy, the owner, was incredibly helpful and patient during my appointment. The store itself is beautiful, and I loved that all of the dresses were out on display so you could see and feel them for yourself. There were a few dresses I really liked, but I wasn’t quite ready to purchase at the time. Amy was so understanding, and I truly appreciated that there was no pressure or pushiness. It made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Erika's. Marissa was my consultant and she did an incredible job. She made me feel comfortable, not rushed, and not pressured. I live out of town, so when I left the store loving the dress but not ready to say yes, she came in on her day off to let me try it on one more time (it was the one). Truly exceptional customer service & a great experience. The area of the store I had was super private & intimate, but when other associates came by the room they were hyping me up in a genuine way.

Erika's was my first stop. I wanted a local small business on a quiet weekday night to not be overwhelmed on a busier weekend with a larger try-on party. It was a great season, intimate, and helpful. My stylist helped me find my styles, suggest accessories, and was willing to take me in and out (and back in) many dresses.
