She was incredibly negligent when handling my mother’s illness. She didn’t order the right tests, she didn’t help her make appointments with specialists when she knew the urgency of my mother’s condition, and my mom had to tirelessly follow up with her for answers. Do not trust her with your care, it could cost you your life.

I love Dr yamada. Now the office and optum completely sucks. I can't see her when I'm sick. Never heard of that. So terrible

Dr Yamada is a caring,very knowledgable, physician. She and her staff return phone calls, call in prescriptions in a VERY timely manner. I am thrilled that she is my physician. Thank you Optum for having a person of her credentials on staff.

Outstanding physician! Has been my primary for 5 years now, and has always been professional, a great listener, not at all dismissive as some doctors tend to be. Has always been attentive to my concerns and medical issues, as well as compassionate. Her amiable personality is refreshing and contributes to pleasant office visits.
