What a fiasco. I brought my teen-aged daughter in for a consultation. After we checked in, my daughter asked, "Why is everyone here so rude?" Good question with no answer. But the rudeness was not the biggest problem. We waited in the little consultation room for 40 minutes without seeing anyone.
