I recently had a head spa with Erika, and she was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Not only was she incredibly friendly, but her technique was also exceptional, she has a great, strong touch that really made the experience feel revitalizing. It's not easy to find a great head spa, but Erika truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend her and will definitely be returning for another session! Thank you!

Erika did not show up for our appointment. The salon was completely closed when I arrived. I rang the doorbell a few times and called her twice to no avail. I sent her a text after a few minutes and left when there was no response. She called me 15 minutes after the appointment time to say “something came up” and she can’t make it. It would have been nice if she had informed me before I made the trip. She asked to reschedule which I didn’t. Very unprofessional and would not visit again.

Erika did such an amazing job with my hair cut,color and treatment! Specially after I got Amino acid treatment, my hair become beautiful!! I am in love with the results. She understood exactly how I wanted my hair and did an amazing job always. She always listening to my requests carefully. I feel like I can trust her. She study so hard and clearly knowledgeable.
