I contacted Erika to help me find a rental when the agent I’d been working with had a family emergency. Understanding my urgency, Erika was quick to locate several properties, meeting me within a couple of hours to show them. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient throughout the entire process, securing a leasing agreement for me within days (during the busy holiday season!) that was ideal for my situation.
