Dr.Gayle is my OBGYN, but I had to see Dr. Crate to insert my iud because Dr. Gayle got called away for a delivery. Dr. Crate had horrible bedside manner. I felt rushed and not cared for. Also, the insertion of the IUD felt worse than labor. I cried, and I’ve previously had two IUD’s after the births of my previous babies and only ever felt minimal pain. I was in and out of the office in about 20 mins. Dr. Crate is friendly and made everything very easy and comfortable. I will only go here from now on!
