Eye Associates received a referral from the VA Healthcare system and scheduled my appointment which I waited for for almost 2 months. When I arrived at 7:50 AM, I was told that it would be self pay as they had not received final approval from the VA. They said I needed to call and get that final approval from the VA and gave me the local VA hospital phone number. Everyone had a job and knew what was expected. Friendly staff and timely service. Dr. answers on is very knowledgeable and listens to her patients.
