Let me start by saying Erik Wells is 5 stars. It is FMC and their office staff that is 2 stars. They claimed I rescheduled my appointment yet I drove 40 minutes and took time off from work to come to my original appointment? Then they refused to take me or give me anything same day. Zero accommodations. No regard for ill patients who seriously are suffering all day. Their lack of communication and compassion has resulted in an urgent care visit. To be treated so poorly by heartless staff is just poor medical care.
Dr Wells is always awesome. He provides care and makes sure I don't leave with any questions
Dr. Eric wells is one of the most understandable, caring Dr. I have met. He is very attentive to all your needs. He. Goes out of his way to make sure his patient is taken care of. His professionalism is out of this world. The girls in the office are very sweet and also very profesional as well. They also went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Their office is #1 for me in tampa when it comes down to Dr. Offices that I have met since I move to tampa from Miami . Am very happy that I met Dr Wells. Thank you so much.... read more
