Erik and Dena are very nice and patient! I knew next to nothing about purchasing a home and going through the process and numbers but they walked me through it each step of the way and answered any questions I had!! Loved them
Both Erik and Dena were extremely helpful getting my spouse and I to two successful closings (the sale of our old home and the purchase of a new home in a condo). Erik answered all of our questions, and guided us to success through some heavy negotiations. Dena was especially wonderful supporting us through the legal pathways, explaining to us the tasks we needed to execute, and worked hard with us to close on schedule.
