Petty, unprofessional. We had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Erik as the listing agent for our home in Sparks, NV. We are not new to the home buying process, having previously purchased homes in 3 other states, but our experience in Nevada was unique for its sheer amount of difficulty and frustration. We selected the home listed by Erik based on its location and the number of recent upgrades to the property.
