Dr. Linn is awesome. He is professional without being aloof. He is straight forward without malice. My husband and I feel taken care of and respected at the same time. He is a credit to his profession and to the human race.
Dr. Linn shows that he cares for his patients by his careful listening and explanations. I trust him.
This doctor is the best one I ever had. I love this guy. He is very honest.
I think Dr Linn is an compassionate and caring family doctor! He is so good and friendly with my kids! Always open to answering any questions I have for him.
Business response:

I have had great experience with dr. linn. He gives a no b.s. assessment. Every visit I have been to with him has been extremely efficient and effective. He has helped me manage a spinal cord injury and numerous other injuries. My only issue was that i did not see him sooner. I would recommend him to any of my family or friends. And no I am not being paid to say this.

So I see the negative reviews are about process that are of out of his control. I've been able to have impressive chats about my health goals for the last year & a half, and from what I gleaned he is no corporate doctor. In today’s healthcare everything must be coordinated by a family doctor. He receives no remuneration for making referrals other than compensation for the visit. Dr. Linn could've enhanced his ROI choosing a specialty, but instead answered his heart to enter family medicine.
Dr. LINN IS the best Dr. Ive had in Idaho, he found and diagnosed a condition no other Dr. Or specialist could. He listens and is a warm, compassionate person.
Working out of his new office at a primary health is ridiculous, staff is horrible, appointments are over booked, and getting in there is a pain. I scheduled the earliest appointment I could get, which was 7:30am, I had to wait 3 weeks for this appointment. They send out an automated call the day before to be there at 7:15, I arrived at 7:15 exactly, walk up and the door says they open at 8am. So I sat in my truck waiting till 8. When I go in they tell me I'm late and they come in at 7:20.
No compassion ! ! This doctor is more interested in following the corporate line than caring for his patients. St Als sets policies on its medical staff that do not allow them to appropriately treat patients. If you have a question, they require you to make an appointment so they can charge $hundreds of dollars for a office visit....although you were just there in the doctors office. Doctors in the treasure valley are no more than corporate robots and Dr Eric Linn is no better.
