I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Richardson. He’s attentive, direct, and takes the time to answer questions thoroughly without unnecessary fluff. I highly recommend him as a provider. That said, the front office staff could improve significantly in terms of customer service. As a former clinic manager in Seattle, I held my team to high standards, and unfortunately, that same level of professionalism hasn’t been reflected here.
