Doctor was kind and knowledgeable. Very good bedside manner. Would refer my family to him. Savannah in recovery was so kind and supportive. Loved her!!also the nurse Ms. Tacy was awesome. Thank you Dr Voogd
The Cmdr.. and staff are very professional and thorough
Dr.Vooged knows his stuff but you will ger handed off to a nurse eventually. Also make sure you inquire about what they plan to bill your insurance before you agree to any procedure. They have no shame in sending you a large bill and not working with you. Very disappointed after going there for years and having a decent outcome
In the beginning this doctor seemed like he would help my husband, who for two years received shots in his back regularly. Then he talked my husband into a spinal cord stimulator. After my husband went through the surgery, he received no follow up from anyone. We went back to this doctor's office, but could only get a appointment with a nurse practitioner, who never followed through with any results from all the tests which she ordered done. I’m still walking and working 2 years later! Dr. Voogd never gave up on me…after 1 year of chasing some major back symptoms and looking at surgery, Erik went above and beyond what my insurance was willing to pay and it was life changing for me. Never got the chance to thank him, because I never had to go back for more treatments. I would suggest you make this stop your first and follow through. Thanks Dr. Voogd!
