As a patient at St Lukes since 2008 i have received exemplary care, until Aspirus became part of the equation. I have waited for over two weeks for pharmacy processing and have been told that it is because of the new Epic computer system. Clearly, training was not thorough. I have also been told that I need a colonoscopy. When I questioned the frequency of the procedure I was told that all patients, who are using the new Patient Portal, are being told to schedule and that the colonscopy posting is an error.
