Personable, knowledgeable, helpful. Wish more doctors were like him.
Dr Nielsen is by far my favorite doctor. Very caring, easy to get along with, explains things in a manner that is easily understood. He has helped me with numerous sinus issues and was also the doctor that discovered my cancer. He was there by my side through the entire process and treated me like his own child. Sometimes, I wish I had more frequent sinus infections so I could visit him more!
My son has been at this facility since he was two months old, he is now 8 months old. Both audiologist and the physician assistant that I saw were wonderful with my child, very patient and informative. However, it was always a run around, each appointment I would see one or the other and it was never more than 10 minutes. Run the test, then try again next month. They won't even suggest tubes until after 6 months so I felt as though it was just money in their pockets from 2-5 months. Even after 6 months we had 2 more appointm... read more
