I am delighted to have Dr. Mondrow and his staff overseeing my care. Thorough testing, time with the doctor to share health related information, access to specialists, and the staff is top notch. I'm surprised by the two negative reviews. I've been a patient of the practice for years, and have seen both Dr. Mondrow and Sarah, one of the NPs. The care from both has been exceptional and when I returned as a patient, they were quite clear that Sarah would be my PCP. She is compassionate and a very proficient provider. The medical care I've received here has always been top-notch. I can't recommend the practice highly enough.
Absolutely fantastic. Listened, was thoughtful, and quickly was able to add value both in terms of being an expert diagnostician (he caught in a quick conversation a very material thing that others had missed for months) and also having connections with the right experts from which to get advice. And to boot, his staff is extremely responsive, talented, and super friendly.
Zero stars is not an option and should be. I have never been able to see the doctor at this practice. All the fluff on the website is bogus. You end up exclusively seeing a nurse practitioner for the price of a real doctor. At my annual physical I told them the tests my prior retired doctor ran to continue year over year assessment and they did not include them in the order. Even when you try to take ownership they did not follow through.
Would DEFINITELY recommend Dr. Mondrow to others. He listens and is extremely intelligent, thorough, and friendly.
