I hired Erik Matthew’s Plumbing and Heating, LLC to fix my heating issue, and their technician, assured me he was 99% sure that replacing the circulator pump would solve the problem. Trusting their expertise, I agreed to the repair and was charged $900. After the work was completed, my heat still wasn’t working. When I contacted the owner and asked for a refund ( or at least partial) or to have my old circulator pump put back in, he refused. Called Erik Thursday morning at 9:30am due to having no hot water. He had his technician Miguel at my house before 11am. Miguel was professional and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Will always recommend this company.

We called for emergency plumbing service, a backed-up drain, and they came quickly and did good work. Miguel and Cyrus were professional and pleasant, and philosophical about having to dig in our garden to find the sewer trap. Would definitely recommend.

I would not use again. Tech showed up, didn't introduce himself, didn't say his name nor ask what mine is. Walked down to the oil burner, I explained the situation going on, he worked for an hour and 25 minutes, came back upstairs, told me he needed to go over my invoice with his boss, then showed me how much his "work" was going to cost me (an arm and a leg, naturally.)
