ABSOLUTE CROOK! Gave quote under $400- then when we proceeded with the job came to just under $1000! Prior job was Brand new water heater purchased and installed March 2021 by Eric - having an issue with the heating element now that is under warranty and THE OWNER ERIC told us he has to order it! Two weeks later we call the manufacturer to find out we can go to ANY store give the model # and replace it! ON TOP OF THAT the owner ERIC is ghosting our calls!!! this guy is not a reputable business person-took a 7k deposit on a 14k job-scope of work changed and his new estimate was 25k- we decided not to use him and he refused to return our deposit claiming he has "spent alot of time" on our project-when infact he had done nothing but give us an estimate- beware of this guy!!! I have had to file complaints with NYS Attorney General, State Licencing Dept and start lawsuit to get my money back
