Dr. Monson provides expert care. He is very professional but is also friendly and caring. He has always included me in planning my care, takes time to be sure if I have any questions and answers them to satisfaction.
Attentive, patient, kind, shares information, and has a great sense of humor. Practices shared decision making and is open to altering the treatment plan. He listens and respects his patients' judgement and limitations.
I appreciate when the provider actually sits on your level and ask questions to listen to you. He did just that!
