I've worked with a lot of brokers buying and selling properties personally and professionally. He is hands down the best I've worked with. He does what he says and more. He handled issues behind the scenes, connected me with all the service providers, stood in for things I couldn't attend. Very smooth and very easy process. He gets deals done and I recommend him to anybody.
