as of this writing, Mr. Graeff Esq. is currently suspended and incarcerated for shooting at another attorney's office, narrowly missing an employee inside. He also was the subject of at least three bar complaints for allegedly making threats, including threats of violence, against clients. Maybe he'll turn it around in jail.
His newest residence provided by Oregon Dept of Corrections for next 18 months for shooting at a legal peer, leaving witnesses and evidence to be easily aquired.
My mother passed away in February of this year and she did not have a will so her estate went into probate. My brother contacted Erik and retained him as our probate attorney. Erik is professional, courteous, kind, patient and most of all COMPETENT!!! I really can't say enough positive things about him. I live in Tampa, Florida 3000 miles away from my hometown of Portland, but every time that I needed to have a document from the court or I needed to sign a document, Erik provided it promptly.
