I have seen root canals performed in the past at other dental offices so I was scared out of my mind to have this procedure done. It was literally almost painless and I felt very little (if any) pain after. Both Dr. Zorn and his assistant Kiah were so patient and kind and sensitive to my fear. They were careful with me and very sanitary with each step. He's all about the money. Must pay up front. Tooth extremely sensitive after root canal. Didn't seem too interested in addressing it. Told me to call back in a year if still a problem as he said it can take that long for some people for the sensitivity to go away. I waited a year; it's still super sensitive. I asked if there would be a charge. The receptionist asked the doctor if there would be a charge for this follow up. He said he will charge me for this reevaluation.
Dr. Zorn performed a root canal. I was terrified but he was calm, clean, and professional. There was almost no pain during or after the procedure. I am shocked to see his low review score considering my great experience. Would not hesitate to go to him again.
Thoroughly disappointed with the service I received here. I was originally referred here by my regular dentist. My original root canal appointment was in December 2023 and I have now had 7 office visits with no solution. The receptionists aren't usually polite when you call to make an appointment, or when you arrive. No one should have to go back 7 times for a root canal.I asked about afternoon appointments and they said they couldn't ever do later than 3PM.
