Dr Erik Zorn and assistant Sue were informative, kind and professional. My first root canal and no pain during or afterwards. Explained everything thoroughly during visit. Would highly recommend!
Went in on an emergency basis. Dr Zorn was very considerate, explaining what he was going to do and why. He was very calm and efficient, worked well with the dental assistant. I am very grateful my personal dentist referred me.
I have seen root canals performed in the past at other dental offices so I was scared out of my mind to have this procedure done. It was literally almost painless and I felt very little (if any) pain after. Both Dr. Zorn and his assistant Kiah were so patient and kind and sensitive to my fear. They were careful with me and very sanitary with each step. He's all about the money. Must pay up front. Tooth extremely sensitive after root canal. Didn't seem too interested in addressing it. Told me to call back in a year if still a problem as he said it can take that long for some people for the sensitivity to go away. I waited a year; it's still super sensitive. I asked if there would be a charge. The receptionist asked the doctor if there would be a charge for this follow up. He said he will charge me for this reevaluation.
