Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Dr. Hedlund did a terrific job with my shoulder replacement.
I met with Dr. Hedlund and he was very personable and kind. He was very professional but was able to make our meeting feel personal. He listened to all my details and efficiently worked through our meeting. I feel I should also mention that he was highly recommended to me from a colleague which was very helpful.
I had to wait an additional 20 min. after the scheduled appt. time , but then all went very well .Dr. Hedlund explained my physical issue well, explained how it would be corrected, explained how the operation would go, then asked if I had any questions. I had a couple questions , he answered them precisely and easy to understand. He was upbeat and cordial.
