Not impressed with clinical staff responding back after surgery complications...called at 8am and no response...had to call our family dr...very disappointed
I was very disappointed with Dr H and that I traveled two hours because Dr. Johnson thought you had a tear and you would've thought that Dr. Johnson and Dr. H would've gotten together and look at the MRI. I don't know and I’m getting conflicting statements from several different doctors saying that yes I have a tear no I don't have a tear today Dr H made it seem like I don't have tear or if there is a tear very minor where Dr. Johnson made it sound like a big tear. Very “to-the-point”! I love that. He answered any questions I had and soothed any nerves I had about the surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Hedlund! I know four different people that have had shoulder/knee from him and they’ve had the same experience- Spectacular!
