I spoke to office on 6/18 regarfing being kicked out of my financial assistant program for my MS medication. I have left messages on 6/19, 6/25, 6/27, 7/2 for a callback, only 1 callback and she sent an urgent message for the Dr and assistant to call me back. I can't believe it takes over 2 weeks for a callback. I have no where to go for my prevention medication. I don't have a 2nd neurologist.
