I wish their were more than 5 stars for Erik and Holly! My husband and I purchased our home from my Father, and Erik made the entire process so easy. I'm a first time home buyer, and couldn't ask for a better experience. Eric explained everything, and the entire team is very responsive. I even had issues come up that delayed my purchase, and they worked with me the whole time.
Erik took the time to go through several options with me for a refinance and give me advice based on my specific circumstances. He personally reached out to a third party to help me with a personal issue at the end of the refinance that threatened to cancel the process. Throughout he was kind, considerate, and responsive to communication.
